THE POWER OF MASSAGE
I remember treating a lady with severe upper back pain few years ago. She had been on pain relievers for more than a year. As she did not find any relief, the doctor referred her to massage therapy. As we treated her with massage aiming at trigger point release for five days, there was considerable relief of pain. As she left the therapy room, she had in her pocket a special gift for me! More than the gift, what made me happy was that she found the healing effect of massage and it changed her life story.
